As we exclusively sell to commercial customers, businesses, self-employed individuals, and freelancers, a right of withdrawal is not normally provided. However, we grant every buyer a 14-day right of withdrawal. Our particular attention is directed towards our customers, especially our colleagues in the film industry, who may have concerns about returning products. Therefore, we unconditionally grant a 14-day right of withdrawal, particularly due to the careful manufacturing of our products, which must be undamaged and unused.

Please note that shipping costs for the Bagstation are free of charge. In the event of a return, the customer bears the costs, and the return must be made through our contractual logistics partner. After inspecting the goods, the amount will be promptly credited to your account, minus the shipping costs.

For consumers, the statutory right of withdrawal applies. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us (Hiframes GmbH, Romaneystr. 18, 51063 Cologne, Germany, Email: support@bagside.de) within the withdrawal period by means of a clear statement (e.g., by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal for consumers:
In the event of your withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding shipping costs. This refund will be made within 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment for the refund as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Any costs arising from choosing a different delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us will not be refunded. Refund may be withheld until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

The goods must be returned to us without delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
